I photographed Payton in late fall, at her family’s home, which ended up being an absolutely incredible location. The sun and scenery really worked to our advantage! As a straight-haired girl my entire life, I think I probably told Payton about six hundred times, “I love your hair!” We were working on a somewhat chilly evening but Payton never let on she was cold, she had a great smile the whole time and a beautiful “serious face,” as well. Best of luck to you, Payton, as you enter 2012 and look forward to graduation!

Payton – Northfield, MN High School Senior Portraits
Sunday, January 8th, 20122011 Portraits in Review – Twin Cities, MN Photographer
Sunday, January 8th, 2012Salina J Photography had an amazing year, thanks to my wonderful clients. I had more sessions than ever, with considerably more high school senior portraits done, which I loved! I had sessions in Northfield, of course (where I am based), in Burnsville (where my studio is located), but also as far south as Lake City, Minnesota, as far west as Carver, as far north as Maple Grove and White Bear Lake, and as far east as St. Paul.
I wanted to include at least one image from every client I photographed in 2011 in a slideshow video. I couldn’t pare it down any more than I already did. Most of these are client favorites, the ones they ordered and shared with their friends a family members.
Thank you for a great year, I’m looking forward to many fun changes in 2012, including a new website and blog, new marketing materials, new opportunities and better collection options.
